Partner agreement

1. This agreement

This agreement is between you and Kairen AI Consulting (KvK 98386212), trading as FrameCutter about referring people to FrameCutter. It adds to our Terms, which apply to your own account. It applies once we approve your application to become a partner; we decide on each application and may say no without giving a reason. You accept it by sharing your partner link or by giving us payout details. needs Vlad's check

2. What you earn

• 30% of every payment made by a person who signed up through your link, without VAT and after refunds, while they keep paying, for at most 12 months from that person's first payment. After that, their payments no longer earn. A yearly plan earns once, on its payment. needs Vlad's check
• Only approved partners earn cash commission. Payments made before we approved you don't earn. needs Vlad's check
• A person counts for you if they signed up after opening your link and nobody else's link came later.
• No commission on payments that are refunded, withdrawn, disputed or charged back; if that happens after we paid you, we deduct it from your next payouts.
• We may change the commission for new referrals with 30 days' notice; commissions already earned stay.

3. Getting paid

• A commission becomes payable 60 days after its payment (the hold), when it can no longer be refunded or disputed. needs Vlad's check
• We pay once a month by PayPal or Wise to the details you give on the Referrals page, once your payable commissions reach $50; below that they carry over to the next month. needs Vlad's check
• You're an independent contractor, not our employee or agent. You're responsible for your own taxes and for any invoice or registration your country requires; we may ask for the details we need for our own records.

4. How you may promote FrameCutter

• Say clearly that your link is an affiliate or referral link, wherever the law or the platform asks for it (for example “#ad” or “affiliate link”; in the US the FTC's endorsement rules apply).
• Only make claims about FrameCutter that we make ourselves, and don't promise results such as views or income.
• No spam, no messages to people who didn't ask for them, no fake reviews, no bought or incentivised sign-ups, and no cookie stuffing.
• No self-referrals: your own accounts, other addresses of yours or on your own email domain, cards you use, or people in your household don't earn commission. We reject them and don't pay them. needs Vlad's check
• No paid search ads on the FrameCutter name, and don't present yourself as FrameCutter or use our logo as your own.

5. Ending it

You can stop at any time by removing your link. We may end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you break section 4; in that case unpaid commissions on referrals that broke the rules are forfeited. Commissions you earned honestly before it ended are still paid after their hold. needs Vlad's check

6. Liability and law

Our liability under this agreement is limited to the commissions owed to you. Dutch law applies and disputes go to the District Court of Zeeland-West-Brabant (Rechtbank Zeeland-West-Brabant), location Breda. Questions: privacy@framecutter.com.
